Return and repair

Nothing is exempt from imperfection, but we can diminish this aspect through a simple return.

If any product sold by Marsah Home is not suitable, we will exchange it for another. More details available on our terms and conditions page.

Returning online orders

If you decide you no longer want the order, that's no problem. You can do this without giving us any details within 30 days.

You will receive a full refund if the product is in new, unused, and sealed condition in its original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Please check the terms and conditions.

How can I purchase Marsah Home products?

Marsah Home products can currently only be purchased online.

Yes, all products include VAT.

Can I reserve a product just by adding it to the cart?

Products that are added to the cart and have not completed the purchase process do not remain reserved for the corresponding buyer account.

How can I apply a discount coupon?

Discount coupons are automatically applied to the shopping cart at the end of the order by inserting them in the corresponding box.

Do the products come with assembly tools?

Mounting tools are not included in the package.

How can I get assistance in purchasing a product?

Why is my card being declined when I try to make a payment?

- Your card may have expired. Please check if your card has passed its expiration date.

- Your card may have reached its credit limit. Please contact your bank to make sure your card has not exceeded its credit limit.

- The payment details entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled in all required fields correctly.

- Make sure your billing address matches the information on your payment method.

How long does it take to pay for returns?

In general, payment for a return can take up to 14 business days.
